Teal Ribbon Publications offers the following Returns Policy:
All undamaged merchandise may be returned within six months for a full refund.
If books or booklets are damaged in transit to you, please contact us at sales@tealribbonpublications.com to let us know whether you prefer a full refund, or replacement at no additional merchandise or shipping charges.
We are sorry but we cannot accept merchandise damaged by you for returns.
